Sea Moss Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh berries or fruit for topping (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine sea moss gel, coconut milk, maple syrup or sweetener, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Whisk the mixture well and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
Continue whisking for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Pour the pudding into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Top with fresh berries or fruit if desired and enjoy your delicious sea moss pudding!
