1- Prepare or purchase sea moss gel.

2- Consider a suggested serving size.

Sea moss contains a number of compounds. Due to the iodine content, many people choose to stick to a serving size of 1–2 US tbsp (15–30 mL) per day and consult a doctor with any questions.
3- Add sea moss to smoothies.

Sea moss gel has a neutral flavor, making it a seamless addition to any smoothie. Blend it with any of your favorite smoothie ingredients for an easy way to use it. Mix and match ingredients including (but not limited to) apples, bananas, blueberries, kale, mango, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, or spinach.
- For example, you could make a classic banana smoothie and blend in 2 tbsp (30 mL) of sea moss gel as well.
